We recently purchased a wall bed from Sue at Fold out Furniture. We are so happy with it, looks amazing, quality is great and so easy to open up, pull down and then fold back away into the cupboard. We ordered a queen-size horizontal Fold Flat Bed with a desk from Fold Our Furniture. We used the recommended installer who fitted in well with our timeline and did an outstanding job.
The bed is awesome. It provides huge desk space and also allows for plenty of floor space in the room. It is better than we expected or hoped. We can keep it made up with a doona (not the pillows but these fit neatly on top). It took our old queen-size mattress, so it is very comfortable to sleep in. Overall, the purchase and installation was excellent, with lots of information provided and no pressure to make up our minds quickly so that we could consider the pros and cons. Costwise, even including installation, the bed was about the same as a good quality bed from commercial outlets. The product is fantastic and I would highly recommend considering this option for any space that needs to be multipurpose

Fold Out Furniture has exceptional customer service, and provided updates at all times of the production and delivery process. We are impressed with the Alpha bed(double) with a desk and cupboards on either side. It has changed our lives and given us back the use of our spare room! The recommendation of the installer was also exceptional! We can not recommend more highly!

We have an old house divided into 3 separate accommodations. 2 x 2 bedroom apartments & 1 separate bedsitter out the back of the property. Each accommodation has a foldout bed.
They are comfortable & of course best of all save space. We can have visitors at any time with no bother. Sue at Fold Out Furniture was, & is still great, with customer service & information.

Very pleased with the DIY Alpha Bed. Sue's service was exemplary. The DIY instructions were clear and much better than most other flatpack offerings, particularly in advising other things to look out for, or items that would be installed later in the process. All parts were present with a few additional items for the larger sized bed. Just needed to be patient with each step. I was concerned the springs may be too taught but it ended up very well balanced. A good quality product.

I went to Fold Out Furniture with a very specific brief. I wanted a wall bed to add another level of comfort to my bush hut where space is at a premium. Sue was very friendly, helpful and well informed about the products on offer. I got the exact bed I needed... it fitted the available space with nothing to spare and has made hut-life much more comfortable. And the bed was delivered sooner than I expected, just before Christmas. I highly recommend this business.
